- Meine anwendungsorientierte Forschung zu arbeits- und personalpsychologischen Fragestellungen ist beeinflusst durch verschiedene Grundlagenfelder der Psychologie.
- Zentral stehen dabei die Motivationsförderung im Arbeitskontext (bspw. durch Ziele und Feedback), die proaktive Arbeitsgestaltung durch Arbeitnehmende (z. B. Job Crafting), sowie dem Technologieeinsatz und der Auswirkungen von KI in der Arbeitswelt in Bezug auf die Motivation, Leistung und das Wohlbefinden von Arbeitnehmenden.

Arbeitsvorhaben: Efficient Knowledge Acquisition and Utilization in Human Cognition and Language Models | Forschungsschwerpunkte:
- My research mainly focuses on long-term memory in humans from a Cognitive Neuroscience perspective.
- I investigate psychological mechanisms of learning, consolidation and retrieval using behavioural measures and relate them to neurobiological processes using M/EEG, MRI and neuropharmacology.
- I am especially interested in the interplay of memory and sleep and its contribution to healthy and disordered cognition. Computational modelling methods are on the rise in my field.

Arbeitsvorhaben: Exploring the challenges and benefits of interdisciplinary participatory research on traditional crops for sustainable food systems | Forschungsschwerpunkte:
- Radial growth of plant shoots and roots is essential for the formation of wood and of large plant bodies, and thus for the creation of biomass on earth.
- Our lab uses this process as an example to reveal principles of growth and cell fate regulation in multicellular organisms at the interface between development and physiology.
- Questions we are asking are toward tissue patterning, cell fate specification and intercellular communication from the level of sub-cellular structures to whole organs.

- I am a sociologist with broad interdisciplinary research interests in food studies, critical agrarian studies, and gender studies, while drawing on environmental sociology and political sociology.
- My academic work follows the role of social mobilization and state-society relations in struggles where competing visions of food and agrarian futures are at stake. Through the lenses of food, she observes how social movements also articulate other agendas of social change, such as feminism, anti-racis.
